Trail 70 Have you wondered what you get when you order a Brand New Trail Rider 70 ???? It is a good question and basically the assembly of the bike can be done in 15 minutes and anyone can do it. You just put the front axle bolt though the front forks, connect a few cables, connect the battery and gas and go. Below I have put together a few photos that tell the whole process. Please let me know if you have any questions or tips. ![]() Above is a picture of the bike in the steel portion of the crate. It does come with full reinforced cardboard surrounding the metal frame also. At this stage the bike is secured by two metal brackets at the rear of the bike and one strap across the area where the handlebar knobs are located. There are 2 bolts at each bottom corner that need to be removed to lift the top frame off of the bottom crate section. ![]() This is the front of the bike in the crate. One nut removed here and it is ready to come out of the crate. ![]() Here is a picture of the crate off of the bottom section. ![]() Now the bike is out of the crate and resting on the center stand. It can be rocked forward like in the picture or rock it back for easy access to mount the front wheel. ![]() This little spacer goes to the right side of the front forks. (The Right Side when you are sitting on the bike!!!) And then the axle bolt goes through it, the hub and the forks. Then you put on the washer and nut. ![]() Here is a picture of the washer and nut on the front axle bolt...... ![]() Here is a picture of the proper way to connect the front brake and speedo cable. ![]() Here is the finished product. This particular one has been customized a little with Honda Trail 70 K0 Decals. This is a $ 45.00 option. Besides what I have posted pictures of you only need to connect your battery under the seat, check oil levels, gas and go. The bike does ship with a Cosmoline Coating (Oil Like Substance) on it to inhibit oxidation so a simple wash with soap and water will remove this. You will now be ready to enjoy your New Trail 70 for years to come. or feel free to call the Office @ 903-295-0104 oldhonda.com 5904 Old Hwy 80 Longview, Texas 75604 Office 903-295-0104 Copyright& copy;2004 Brad-Co.
